LƯU Ý:  Ở Bước 6 nếu site phức tạp thì việc dispute sẽ yêu cầu cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin hơn. Và nội dung dispute cũng sẽ yêu cầu viết chi tiết hơn. Vậy nên ở bước 6 các bạn phải điền như sau nếu gặp site phức tạp: 

Dear Paypal Support,

As the delay quote in their Terms of Service is over while the service was not provided at all and as I stay without news from the seller. I have tried to contact him but didn't receive answer.I Woud be thankfull that you took the required actions. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
